Life is busier then ever, and we are loving every minute of it!

I suppose it is time to update the web-site. The title says it all, busy, busy, busy. Anytime that I see that I have written the words busy, the next time I see it, I am busier then when I wrote it last. It seems impossible, but true.

I, Bryce, have just come out of a very busy time of travel and class preparation. I am also working on an very exciting grant proposal for a $140,000.00 project for youth ministry. I am coach one basketball team and assisting another team that my son, Bryson plays on. The tournament starts tonight.

Beth has been traveling doing speaking and singing engagements. She is also part of a new music group that is incredible. The group is called "Sequel". It means that once Jesus comes into your life, the rest of your life is the sequel to that wonderful event. Dorinda Biggs and Nick Robertson make up the rest of the trio. 3 outstanding Christians, 3 outstanding singers, 3 outstanding writers, 3 outstanding, 3 outstanding people. You would love them all individually as people and ministers, you will be blown away when you put the 3 together. Watch for updates to come.

Myspace.com - Ok, we old geeks finally got our own myspace.com pages. Beth has 2, one personal and one music. Sequel will have a "myspace" page shortly. I have one personal page. If you would like to view these they are located at the following addresses:

For Beth's personal page go to www.myspace.com/bethfox6
For Beth's music page go to www.myspace.com/bethfox1
For Bryce's personal page go to www.myspace/brycefox

The kids are involved in everything from Ballet to basketball, to Bible quizzing, to Acrobatics to worship team... They are all doing wonderful. We are very proud of them.

We do have some new dates on the calendar that we will try to update shortly. Stop by and check in with us soon through e-mail or myspace.

Off to class!!!!!!!

Well, it is about time!!!

It has been a while since this web-page has been updated. We have been gone much of the summer and even when I returned I could not remember my password to get into my website to update it. Well, today I finally made it. Here is the update.

The Fox family summer travels took them to London England, Oxford England, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, and Pennsylvania.

Bryce was invited to present his original research at Oxford University at a round table discussion with 41 other psychologist. Beth made the trip with him. It was their first vaction alone since having their first child 9 years ago. Many great ministry opportunities took place as well throughout the rest of their travels.

Beth is beginning work on her next album. Pray for her as she has many decisions ahead.

Bryson just turned 9 and is playing fall baseball. He will begin his piano and Greek lessons now that school is back in session.

Brielle started acrobatics 2 weeks ago. She will be 6 in a few weeks. She will begin her violin lessons as well as 1st grade.

Brookly is thrilled to have begun ballet. She has watched her sister and really wanted to be like her. She is in heaven when she puts on her little outfit.

Brenae (nae, nae) has decided she is just a big as her siblings. Nothing is too difficult for her and she is fearless. She has a smile and love that would melt your heart.

Pray for the family and their upcoming ministry opportunities in Tennessee, North Carolina and Michigan.

Blessings

Where have we been?

Life is busy at the Fox household! Bryson is playing on 2 basketball teams, Bible quiz team, piano lessons, and basketball camp just to name a few. Brielle is now a cheerleader, is attending basketball camp and will play t-ball for the first time this year. She also is continuing her ballet while starting her first year of homeschooling. Brooklyn is the "comealong" at all of these activities and is becoming quite good at many of these skills. Ask her to dribble a basketball or perform her ballet for you she loves to perform. Brenae is ready to walk. She will grab your hands and pull herself up. She can't wait to chase her siblings around the house. I think she is getting tired of scooting around the floor on her bottom. Beth is busy, busy, busy, sing, speaking, coaching Bryson in Bible quizzing, and homeschooling, all the while maintaining our house and keeping track of our finances. Wow, what an angel! Bryce is experiencing his busiest semester yet. He is teaching 4 new classes in the Religion Department, with 6 over-load assignments. He is currently teaching a series at First church of the Nazarene in Nashville on Wednessday evenings, counseling, writting a chapter in a textbook, having a lead role in the Easter drama at Hermitage church of the Nazarene, being a husband and father, while coaching both of Bryson's basketball teams. Feel free to e-mail if you have questions or just want to say hi. Blessings

Back from the UP / Warrington, IN / Kansas and Bettsville Ohio

Wow, what a great time we had at camp Hiawatha. Food, fellowship, sports and ministry. As David Collins stated on the last day (he was a counselor), "I saw more deep commitments made this year than I have seen at any other camp. What a blessing from God!

GERNAL ASSEMBLY

The first two days were spent helping to set up different parts of the convention center. Unpacking boxes, rolling posters, assembling park benches, stuffing welcome bags…It was a joy to serve along side a host of committed Christian servants.

Bryce had a busy schedule teaching 4 different workshops over a two day period. 2 workshops focused on children’s ministry and 2 on young adult ministry. Bryce was excited to serve the church and wrestle with some tough issues for the church with those who are on the frontlines. The last several days were more relaxing going early and staying late each day to watch the business meeting.

Beth
Beth had the opportunity to sing for the adult ministries breakfast and then once again at the Sunday School main convention. Dr. Graves, Director of Sunday School Ministries commented that Beth set the stages for all the great things that happened. Beth had also been asked to lead a practice for a 500 voice children’s choir that would sing in the RCA dome. During the rehearsal the director of the orchestra asked her if she would take responsibility to lead the choir in during the service. So Beth climbed on a box so she could see everything and lead them in a moving number for a main session. It was especially special since Bryson was in the choir.

Bryson
Bryson had a great time having a private play time on the 20 or so blow-up rides in the Kids hall. Since he was helping us clean and dry the rides he had the chance to try them all out and he loved it. He then spent 2 days in there with hundreds of children running, sweating and playing hard. What a great memory. As was mentioned earlier Bryson was able to sing in the 500 voice choir. We were really proud of him as we watched him sing his heart out for the Lord. We were told that during one of the children’s services that Bryson went forward to pray at the invitation, what a blessing. And finally, Bryson competed in the “World Bible Quiz”, the largest in history. There were about 880 in his age group that participated. There were 30 questions asked. There were over 200 questions that he had to be prepared to answer. Bryson received a perfect score. He is hiding God’s word in his heart. Thank you Jesus.

Brielle
Brielle was too young to play on the bouncy rides but she did attend the children’s service. She bravely stepped out and went forward to pray during an altar invitation. She is a sweet, tender hearted, Christian young lady. Brielle got some special attention (and a necklace from the Tae Kwan Do team from Korea. She was thrilled with the attention.

Brooklyn and Brenae
The two youngest Foxes spent most of their time with grandmas. I think Grandma Fox and Grandma Jo loved having all of the time with them.

SUMMER MINISTRY TRIP STARTS THURSDAY
The Fox ministry team is heading to the UP of Michigan for a youth camp, followed by a week in Indiana for a Children’s VBS, then a Week in Ohio for another Children’s VBS and 2 church services. We will be home for a few days then off to Colorado for a weekend marriage retreat. Pray, Pray and Pray.

PRAY
Pray for Bryce as he is on a hectic schedule to submit 20 course of study leader guides and student guides for the Nazarene Church’s ordination classes for those seeking ordination as a Children’s Pastor. At the same time he is preparing 3 new classes.

ATTENTION: HELP
James 4:2 says, “You have not, because you ask not.” – Well we have never been good at asking, but we will at least place the need out there for you to respond to if you feel lead. Beth and Bryce and personally paid for both projects that Beth has produced. The last CD cost $20,000.00. Beth has all the music ready and simply needs the finances to record her next project. With 4 children and Beth working as a stay home mom, home schooling her children, there is not an area in which there is $20,000.00 to pull from. So here is the opportunity for you to invest in Beth’s ministry if you feel lead. We are trusting God to provide and am confident that he will. As soon as it occurs we will post it on the web-site to let you know. Thanks in advance to you and God.

Ladies retreat brings miracles

Beth provided the special music and lead worship for the "I Release" community ladies retreat. The testamonies of the miracles that God did that weekend were beyond inspiring, they were life changing. Thank you God for your faithfulness to your people.

Beth sang in chapel at Trevecca Nazarene University and Bryce brought a stirring challenge to both the faculty and the students as he shared as last years recipient of the "Teaching Excellence Award". His message was titled: "In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Stand Up and Walk!

IT'S A GIRL!!!

Beth gave birth to an 8lbs 13oz and 20 inch long little girl (or should I say BIG girl) at 3:05 p.m. December 23, at Vanderbilt Hospital. Her name is Mary Brenea Fox. She will be called "Brenae" which keeps to the "B-team" tradition of the whole family. Both the Beth and Brenae are doing wonderfully. She was the best Christmas present we received! The kids already love her with all their hearts. What a blessing!

Back in the Swing of Things!

Bryce is back at Trevecca Nazarene University with a full course load. He is teaching the following courses this semester: 2 sections of Human Growth and Development, 2 sections of General Psychology, Theories of Personality, Social Persuasion and is Supervising graduate counseling students in their internship and is overseeing a Masters Thesis.

Bryce is leading a Bible Study for teens at Hermitage Church of the Nazarene on Wednesday Nights covering Philippians.

Beth is back to homeschooling Bryson (7 year old) and caring for Brielle (3 year old) and Brooklyn (18 months) while leading seminars and singing. Beth is leading music for the children on Wednesday at Hermitage Church of the Nazarene. Her next event is at the Carthage Church of the Nazraene Ladies' Retreat in Carthage, TN (Beth Speaking and Singing). Beth will be at Trevecca Nazarene University on Monday September 20, 2004 in several classes.

Bryson lost his second tooth. Unfortunate for him the tooth fairy had to leave him an I.O.U. for a $1.00. She did finally leave the money. (I don't think Bryson is buying the tooth fairy thing but he likes the money). Bryson has started studying for the Bible Quiz team again. He earned a $200.00 scholarship last year for his perfect score and verse memorization.

Brielle is being a great big sister to Brooklyn and has just started her ballet classes.

Brooklyn is now decided that she should be a part of everything that her big brother and sister are doing. It is great fun!

We are truly, truly blessed. Thank you Jesus!

To the UP and Back

We are now in Indy.  We completed a great week at the youth camp, Hiawatha in the UP of Michigan on Saturday.  We had a blast with Justin Fennell and all the Walkers.  We did miss seeing the 2 bear cubs that were dinning out of the dumpsters on Tuesday:)  God was faithful and the campers and counselors were great.  We were at Calvary Baptist Church near Detroit for both services on Sunday.  Going to Calvary is like retuning to home to see family and friends.  The kids had a chance to go for a swim in the afternoon before a 4 hour trip to McCordsville Indiana.  We started a Childrens VBS yesterday where approximately 60 children came forward to ask Jesus into their heart.  What a sight!  If you are in the area we will be ministering at Southwest Church of the Nazarene on August 1, come and worship with us.  Many Blessings.

Busy, Busy, Busy....But It Is All GOOD!!!

Wow, we have been really busy this past month and it looks as if July will be even busier. We have been blessed with some great services. Here is a note that was posted on the Web-site of Darci Weeks a camper at Zion Lake Youth Camp:

This year at Zion Lake was the best! It was exactly what I needed to hear.
I've never been very "Christiany" I.E. worshipping God in every little
thing. I guess I thought you could only worship while in church, and boy
did Bryce Fox prove me wrong! LoL. It was wonderful though! As Brad said,
"Make this summer the beginning of your Christian lives!" I intend to do
that. I've noticed that while I'm walking along, I just talk to Him
continuously now. Just little things such as, "That tree is especially
gorgeous today, God," or "Thanks for the mosquitos (even though I don't like
them)." You might think it's strange, but it's an awesome thing to be able
to thank Him for everything, even the things that you can't stand.

Thank You, Lord, for this wonderful day and for being able to talk to some
of my friends from camp. Thank You for being such an awesome God, and I ask
that You keep my siblings and parents and friends safe tonight as we sleep
in our homes. Thank You for teaching me that I can worship You every minute
of every hour of every day! You are SO AWESOME!

We are praying that God will continue to speak to adults and youth across our country.

Pray for us as we head to the U.P. of Michigan for Hiawatha Youth Camp.

May You Be Blessed!
