Bryce
is an Assistant Professor at Trevecca
Nazarene University where he teaches in the Department of
Social and Behavioral Sciences and Graduate Psychology. He teaches
courses in human development, personality development, learning
and cognition, psychology, social persuasion and an integration
of theology and psychology. Bryce is an ordained minister and
earned his M.A. in counseling at Asbury
Theological Seminary. He completed his Ph.D. at Indiana
University in Developmental Psychology and earned the distinction
of Associate Instructor of the Year. He was also nominated for
the Lieber Distinguished Teaching Award. Bryce has recently
been selected as the Teacher
of the Year during the Teaching Excellence convocation at
Trevecca Nazarene University.
Bryce
served as a Youth Pastor for many years and along with his wife
founded the not-for-profit organization, Foundation Builders,
Inc. (F.B.I. Ministries) to reach out to youth and families.
Bryce and his family spend many weekends and most of each summer
traveling and speaking at various events. Bryce brings a unique
background of education and experience as he speaks with passion
and conviction concerning the issues that confront Christians
today.
